Strong Circle provides general fitness, nutrition, motivation, and wellness information for educational purposes. It is not a medical service and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

Talk with a professional

Consult a qualified physician or other healthcare professional before starting or changing an exercise, nutrition, or weight-management program—especially if you are pregnant, have an injury or medical condition, take medication, or have concerns about your health.

Exercise safety

You are responsible for choosing activities suitable for your health, environment, experience, and abilities. Demonstrations are general examples and cannot assess your individual form. Stop immediately if you feel pain, faintness, dizziness, chest discomfort, or unusual shortness of breath.

Food, allergies, and nutrition

Recipes and meal suggestions are general information. Check ingredients and preparation methods for allergies, intolerances, dietary restrictions, food safety, and interactions relevant to you. Nutrition and calorie values are estimates and may vary.

AI-generated results

Photo analysis and other AI-assisted outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. Do not rely on them for medical decisions, allergy detection, food safety, exact calorie counting, or diagnosis.

Challenges and user content

Participate respectfully and do not encourage unsafe restriction, overtraining, harassment, cheating, or dangerous behavior. Challenge rankings are intended for motivation and entertainment, not medical evaluation.

Subscriptions

Premium features may be offered through auto-renewing monthly or annual subscriptions. Price, trial terms, renewal timing, and cancellation instructions will be shown before purchase. Apple manages purchases made through the App Store.
